Site License and Insurance

Little Texas is fully licensed with the Junta De Andalucía Tourism Board (License No: CM/AL/00064) and and fully insured through Catalana Occidente Seguros.

Site Access Times  

Checkin between 15.00 and 19.00 this is due to a narrow dead-end acces road, whit a large pig farmer at the end, who can occasionally come down with large equipment! 

And there is NO passing option!

Guests are required to vacate the pitch by 12.00 on the day of departure. 

Pedestrian Access

You can come and go as you please at any hour of the day or night – everyone’s needs are different. You may fancy an early morning jog through the olives, walk the dog or you may arrive back late from an evening out. All we do ask is if you’re up and about during the less sociable hours you're as quiet as possible out of respect for our other guests.

The front gates at Little Texas are not locked at any time but are closed at 9pm and re-open at 8am – let us know if you want to leave early.

Site Guidelines

We ask guests to comply with the internal guidelines of the site, but above all to employ common courtesy to other guests.
 

Respect others’ Space and privacy – ensure all personal possessions are kept within the boundary of your pitch.

Respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am

Leave the site clean and tidy – Please leave the site as you would like to find it. All waste to be disposed of in the bins or recycling facilities provided

Pets are welcome, we do ask you to clean up after them in all areas and dogs to be kept on a lead whilst on the site.

Well behaved children are welcome at Little Texas.  We kindly ask that parents ensure that respectful behaviour towards other guests is maintained at all times.

Guests are advised that there is no lifeguard in attendance at the pool area. Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Swimming Pool gates will be closed at 7pm to all guests and will reopen at 8am. 

No food waste or rubbish is to be left outside of vehicles. Please use the bins provided and dispose of all rubbish/recycling.

Please do not hang laundry from fences, trees, bushes or lamp posts.  Guests are welcome to use the laundry dryers located opposite the washing area.

Outside lights on guests vehicles are not to be kept on overnight.

Please do not take tables and chairs that belong to Little Texas to your pitch.

Vehicles are not to exceed the site speed limit of 5 kph.

Please do not install permanent fixtures on the site without consulting with reception.

We request that guests are sociable are be a good Neighbour at all times.
